Judging from the questions we have already received, the below are the most asked and answered questions by our team.
Do I need to download an app to use Nouncify?
No. The Nouncify platform is run on a web app. Meaning, you just need to access our webite via a browser on your computer or smartphone to use our service.
Can I re-recorded the audio?
Yes. Once you are logged-in to your Nouncify account, navigate to the setting dashboard and locate the "Profile settings" tab. From here you will be able to re-record your name.
How do I suggest a feature?
We encourage our users to suggest features which they need or want. Our roadmap portal has been built to collect user suggestions https://roadmap.nouncify.com
Do you offer business accounts?
Business accounts is definitely on our roadmap as we have already received requests from educators, community sports organisations, and brands, all looking to offer our services.

How long will I stay logged-in for in my browser?
If you have a Nouncify account and are currently logged-in, our system will keep to logged-in within that browser for 12 months.
Can I download the audio?
Unfortunately, currently there is no direct function to download your audio.
Who owns the audio recorded on the Nouncify platform?
You own all the content and data you upload to the Nouncify platform.
For reference, from our Terms of Service:
7.2 Customer material
Any materials, recordings, images, data, information, content, or files (“Customer Data”) you upload and transmit, you retain all ownership rights to. However, by uploading, transmitting, or posting Customer Data on or through the Nouncify service, you grant Nouncify Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, stream, distribute, modify, copy, display, or translate your Customer Data. You represent and warrant that you have secured all rights in and to all Customer Data as may be necessary to grant this license.
